Reiki Healing for Inner Peace & Energy Alignment Reiki healing is a natural modality that supports you to reset, calibrate and optimise your energy system. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive and deeply supportive practice for emotional release, stress, anxiety and energetic fatigue, energy calibration and enjoying a sense of peace and inner balance. Our bodies are "energy". We have a chakra system, just like our blood or lymphatic system, we just don't see it, yet we can feel it. The surrounding aura layers of our body hold and can often carry trapped emotions, projections from others, carry energy of language and can weigh us down, if not maintained. Calibrating your energy system, ensuring free flow of energy creates free flow in your life.
